​Fashion designer  Neelam Ashley's professional portfolio is a proverbial & exponential definition of what an ingenious aficionado of haute couture can potentially produce. Substantially functioning under his flagship designer label ALABASTER DESIGN STUDIO.

Neelam has masters in business administration and specialized in human resource management and is product of NIFT  is  also armored with professional studies in Fashion Styling from FIT(, New York, USA ), Consummated a worthwhile fashion research upon the most esteemed International Fashion Houses of DKNY, VERSACE, MICHAELKORS. He is famed as  fashion name in the reckoning with in the confines of the fashion industry. Delivered substance with his productive experience as a creative head at various established fashion design institutes, and organizations his specialization varies from women’s wear, men’s wear ,bridal and couture.  The label Alabaster (which is a word derived from the Holy Bible) is a tribute to the future of the Indian heritage clothing classics. It's design philosophy is to generate global understanding for Indian classical ethnic design heritage and endorse Indian garmenture and make them classically futuristic. ​
